In the last summer, the community center host the kids 5 days a week from 08:00-14:00.

Are you near the sea? How far by car?
We are located about a 10 minutes drive from the sea. 3 km.

Yes!

Is there any contribution to be paid per month?
After there are 5 residents , a civil association of owners will be created, the members may then freely deliberate to establish some contribution for common maintenance costs such as roads, illumination, rainwater management, etc.
Do you have any pictures of a house in Gaiana ?
Yes. This is the first house built in Gaiana. This house is SHUSHU's design. who designs homes in a style that is unique to the Atlantic Rain Forest
Good place to surf?
The coastline ranges from flat beaches that extend for miles and miles, to small sheltered beaches surrounded by hills and rainforest. As a result, the region is host to a wide variety of surf spots with facing different directions, extensions, and bottom shapes. Many of these spots remain uncrowded most of the time due to their remote location and limited access.
