A big Gathering Hall for workshops, yoga, cerimonies and celebrations.
*The Community Center is located in the highest point of the village, it includes:
* Education & children playground, an area of more than 3000 square meters of wooded backyard, a flat open area where the kids play barefoot with wonderful views of the Atlantic rainforest.
*Cafeteria, the place where we can all chill, have a cup of our favorite drink, check the phone for messages and interact with one another.
*ceremonial Oka, with a beautiful view. a place where we can do fire ceremonies and life celebrations.
* co-op market, designated area in the community center for a feature co-op market, in order to have basic food super accessible and also as a cooperation we reduce cost of products
* Permaculture Garden & Atlantic Rain Forest Nursery.

A community garden that operates as a co-op in order to serve the members of the village with organic vegetables and fruits.
We created 34 gardening beds, and we already eat many things from the garden like, Watermelons, Pumpkins delicious Tomatoes, Pineapple and much more, the best part is that we only started it and there is so much more space to plant.
*Atlantic Rainforest Nursery- its where we take the seeds and give them the right conditions to become a small plant, strong enough to move to the garden.

Gaiana has 3 different natural pools, each one offers a unique experience.
*The Heart Pool- located near the main road of the village, so it very accessible to everyone and also the most popular, it contains few bodies of water so its super child friendly
*The Hidden pool- to get to that pool you will need to walk few minutes in a nice forest trail, to a magic deep pool surrounded by trees, it less children friendly than the other pools.
*The Water Temple- one of the most unique places of Gaiana. Various of small waterfalls and small pools, place of meditation and peace, magical spot.
Each one in the village has his own solar panel electricity system. as a principle of self-sustainability. The system installed in the community center is a cutting-edge technology that supplies all electricity needed and more, we never had a shortage of energy. While our neighbors around the village have frequently issues with energy shutdown (mostly because of trees falling on electricity lines).
We love the water so much, so we approach the construction of the infrastructure with utmost care, to sustain the natural flow of the water.
